It is common for students to experience a big step up in the level of challenge as they transition from GCSE to A level Chemistry. Well-targeted tutor sessions are a very effective way of supporting them through this change.

Revision Boosters

I offer small group revision sessions (maximum 5 students) to master key concepts in GCSE and A Level examinations. I am an experienced examiner and as well as focusing on exam technique I provide practise of key types of past paper questions.

Special Educational Needs

Throughout my teaching career I supported students with a broad range of special education needs. I have experience and training in working with students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, profound deafness and blindness.

Study Skills

Students can experience a huge leap in their attainment when their study skills improve. Therefore helping pupils to study efficiently and develop independent learning skills will serve them well throughout their education. Study skills are therefore incorporated into all sessions at all levels.
